Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Operations Officer - Customer Service Officer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day contact with end customers as the first point of contact.
- Provide accurate answers to customer questions.
Language Requirements:
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in Dutch and French.
- Good communication skills in English are a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor degree or experience in Customer Service.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Technical Skills:
- Good expertise in MS Office is mandatory.
Business Experience:
- Strong interest in finance and banking products is preferable.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented.
- Quality minded.
- Commercial spirit.
- Able to work independently.
