Mission Overview:


We are seeking a Senior IT Test Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The primary responsibility of the IT Test Manager is to ensure the management of testing using the defined testing strategy across multiple strategic business-IT projects in various domains such as finance, logistics, maintenance, production, and human resources.


This role involves utilizing various technologies including SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, Geode, Windev, and M365 tools like SharePoint, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate. The IT Test Manager will also be responsible for the setup and administration of JIRA, the testing management tool, following best practices.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish a defined testing strategy and approach for projects and changes to the current solution.
  • Draft an integrated test plan with support from the project manager and/or functional consultants and business stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage the tracking of tests and identified anomalies, including the resolution of these anomalies.
  • Define the scope and schedule of different testing phases and establish detailed tracking of tests (real-time dashboard).
  • Monitor the development of various test scenarios based on the project blueprint and assist in their execution when necessary.
  • Track the progress of tests against the schedule and report anomalies, including associated risks, to the IT PM and project steering committee.
  • Ensure that documentation and training align with testing needs.
  • Verify that all relevant applications and interfaces are tested to guarantee 'no' regression after production deployment.
  • Familiarize with VIVAQUA applications (SAP ECC, SAP ISU, etc.).

Expected Deliverables:


  • An approach and testing plan for various SAP projects.
  • A library of test scenarios (positive and negative).
  • A list of acceptance criteria.
  • An approach and solution for testing.
  • Reporting of test results, anomalies, and actions using JIRA.
  • Test and acceptance tracking reports.
  • Comprehensive documentation for future reuse.

Requirements:


  • Advanced expertise in JIRA, including project configuration and administration.
  • Design and optimization of workflows (conditions, validators, post-functions).
  • Creation of dashboards and real-time reports for tracking tests and anomalies.
  • Use of test management extensions such as Xray, Zephyr, or equivalent.
  • Management of permissions, screens, schemas, and notifications. Proven experience in JIRA administration is highly desired.

Methodological Skills (ISTQB + Test Management):


  • ISTQB Foundation certification is required; ISTQB Test Manager/Advanced certification is a significant asset.
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies (V-Model, Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), quality risk management, defining test KPIs, and establishing structured testing governance.

Specific SAP Skills Required:


  • Good understanding of SAP ECC6 processes, ideally in modules FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, as well as inter-module integration testing.
  • Knowledge of SAP interfaces (IDoc, RFC, PI/PO, API) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze a SAP blueprint, identify impacts on testing, and define relevant E2E scenarios.

Execution Modalities:


The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the project and will potentially work 440 man-days over a duration of approximately 2 years, on a 40-hour weekly basis during VIVAQUA's opening days. Services will be executed at least 3 days a week on-site at VIVAQUA's headquarters, potentially in a discontinuous manner, unless expressly authorized otherwise by the IT Department Head. The consultant is informed that they are not permitted to work overtime or outside of office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) without explicit authorization from VIVAQUA. The designated consultant must consider the continuity of VIVAQUA's service and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning their leave and will agree in advance with the Executive Officer on this matter. The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA's 'Code of Conduct for External Service Providers.'
