Position: Asset Management (Investee Support) – Analyst

Type of Business: Consulting Services (Overseas business management)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Near BTS Phloen Chit)

Employment Type : Full-time

Working Hours : Monday – Friday : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and monitoring of portfolio companies together with the Director and team members
• Assist in formulating and executing business strategies, operational improvement plans, and exit strategies
• Analyze financial statements, business performance, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Support the establishment and enhancement of corporate governance and internal control systems
• Coordinate with management teams to improve organizational structures and operational efficiency
• Prepare reports, business plans, and presentations for management and investment committees
• Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams on investment-related projects and business initiatives
• Participate in exit preparation and execution processes for portfolio companies
• Support sourcing activities and identify potential investment opportunities through business networks and market research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, Big Four firms, corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, private equity, PMI, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen
• Experience in financial analysis, business planning, or operational improvement is preferred
• Understanding of M&A, investment management, or post-merger integration processes is an advantage
• Able to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks independently

Language Requirements

• Thai: Native or Business level
• English: Business level
• Japanese or Chinese language skills are a plus
