Service Engineer

Location: Prawet, Bangkok

Salary: 30K - 40K THB/Month

Working day: Mon-Fri

Job Description:

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance at client locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding the use and maintenance of machinery.
• Document and report the repair processes and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and manage tools and equipment necessary for repairs.
• Accompany sales teams on client visits when required for technical support.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies during all repair activities.
• Occasional overseas travel to support clients at international locations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (new graduates are welcome).
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear technical guidance to clients.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and engineering teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and machinery.
• Knowledge of safety standards and commitment to following safety protocols.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support clients when required.
• Basic skills in maintaining and managing tools and equipment used for repairs.
• Skill in English will be a plus.
