Senior Sales & Marketing (Architects Consulting)

Position: Sales & Marketing

Location: Sathorn, Bangkok

Salary: 100,000 THB/month

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

- Marketing

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify high-growth sectors and potential clients.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business development opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data to support strategic sales planning.
• Identify and target industries/companies that may have an interest in our architectural design services.

- Sales

• Create and implement sales action plans based on market analysis.
• Reach out to potential clients, secure appointments, and introduce the companys services.
• Prepare and deliver company presentations, explaining the services and solutions offered.
• Coordinate closely with the Japanese MD, who will handle detailed proposal discussions and project acquisition.
• Frequently accompany the MD to client meetings and assist in follow-up activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing (industry experience is flexible but preferred in related fields).
• Strong ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
• Experience in creating and executing sales action plans.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with international clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive mindset.
