System Analyst (Software)

Position: System Analyst (Software)

Working Day : Monday to Friday

Working Hour : 9.00 am - 18.00 pm

Language Requirement : Thai, English

Job Description:

• Provide customer support and troubleshooting of our products.
• Learn new application features/add-ons and test related to the products.
• Present and train on product features.
• Gather requirements from customers.
• Perform Fit & Gap analysis
• Design and develop customizations for the package
• Implement the package

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT-related field
• Interest in customer support
• Eagerness to learn new software product technologies
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java
• Knowledge of Databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in product support is plus
• System development experience is an advantage
