Location: Sathorn, Bangkok

Salary: 40K - 50K THB/Month

Working day: Mon-Fri, 8:00 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Control and manage work of GA such as visa, work permit, BOI, SET, SEC and concerned government office.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage and improve HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Coordinate and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Work closely with department heads and management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain and update HR records, reports, and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Support HR tasks as request.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR & GA, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or textile industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Have Japanese skill N3 level at least.
  • English skill is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to organizational changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of organizational development concepts and practices are a plus.
