We are Hiring: Sales Director / Senior Sales Manager

Company Size: Small organization (fewer than 10 employees)
Location: Near BTS Thong Lo, Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients, with a primary focus on Thai/local companies
• Proposing tailored advertising and marketing solutions based on client needs
• Conduct client consultations to identify business challenges and opportunities
• Collaborate with planning and creative teams to develop strong proposal strategies
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build, lead, and scale the future sales team and organization
• Strengthening long-term client relationships and expanding business opportunities
• Support overall business growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales experience in advertising / media / marketing
• Proven track record in new business development (must-have)
• Strong experience in closing deals and driving revenue growth
• Business-level English communication skills (Japanese language is a plus)
• Strong leadership mindset with ability to build and manage teams
• Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Negotiable (based on experience) Up to THB 200,000
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Probation: 119 days
• Annual Leave: 6 days
• Sick Leave: 30 days
• Annual Bonus: Once per year (based on company performance)
• Salary Increment: Once per year (based on performance)
