Business Development Manager / Senior Manager (Advertising)

We are Hiring: Business Development Manager / Senior Manager

Company Size: Small organization (fewer than 10 employees)
Location: Near BTS Thong Lo, Phra Khanong, Khlong Toei, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth
• Lead new client acquisition, with a strong focus on Thai/local corporate clients
• Understand client business challenges and design tailored marketing and communication solutions
• Prepare and deliver strategic business proposals and presentations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Support development of new business models and potential revenue streams
• Collaborate with internal teams, Japan HQ, and external partners to execute projects successfully
• Manage projects from concept development through to execution and delivery
• Support integrated marketing initiatives across digital, media, and offline channels
• Contribute to business transformation and long-term strategic direction of the company

Qualifications:

• Age: 30 – 40 years old (flexible depending on experience)
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategy, or Consulting in advertising / media / marketing
• Business-level English communication skills (Japanese language is a plus)
• Proven ability to develop new business or build from scratch is highly preferred
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to convert ideas into actionable plans
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, initiative, and accountability
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving, and unstructured environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Negotiable (based on experience) - Up to 170,000 THB
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Probation: 119 days
• Annual Leave: 6 days
• Sick Leave: 30 days
• Annual Bonus: Once per year (based on company performance)
• Salary Increment: Once per year (based on performance)
