MANAGER – FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Manager – Finance & Accounting

Location: Huaykwang, Bangkok

Type of Business: Scientific equipment distributor specializing in science, medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and healthcare solutions across Southeast Asia.

Salary: THB 85,000 – 95,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the finance and accounting team
• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations
• Handle full set of accounts
• Manage AP/AR, GL, cash flow, month-end, and year-end closing
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial reports, cash flow analysis, and forecasts
• Prepare annual budget and forecast planning
• Calculate sales commissions for sales personnel
• Handle GST, tax filings, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and related stakeholders
• Review and manage BG & LC applications
• Prepare government statistical reports
• Support ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in finance and accounting functions
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and business processes
• Hands-on, proactive, organized, and able to work independently
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Sage, or similar)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Thai nationality and Business-level English is mandatory

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM (Onsite 100%)
• Probation period: 6 months
