The Opportunity

As a Product Engineer, youll bridge creative problem-solving with technical precision, driving the entire product lifecycle from concept development to market launch. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, test, and validate next-generation medical devices that meet stringent industry standards while improving patient outcomes around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development projects from concept through commercialization

• Develop functional prototypes and lead material and design feasibility testing

• Partner with manufacturing, operations, and quality teams to ensure seamless production handoffs

• Maintain detailed design documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA, ASTM)

• Utilize CAD tools (such as SolidWorks) and design control practices to produce precise, manufacturable designs

• Drive innovation through hands-on engineering and a strong understanding of the end users needs

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering (or related discipline)

• Minimum of 3 years in product design, R&D, or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical device field

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience working within regulated design environments

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver results on time

• A collaborative mindset and passion for creating products that make a real-world impact
