What Theyre Looking For
Our clients Engineering Team in San Antonio, TX is seeking a MEP Revit Technician to assist in the creation of high-quality engineering drawings for education and healthcare projects. This individual will play an essential role in transforming design concepts into coordinated, buildable solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional work that aligns with design intent.

What Youll Do

Work alongside architects and engineers on integrated project teams

Set up and maintain Revit models from project kickoff through completion

Coordinate with MEP designers to establish sheets, views, and project standards

Implement regular model updates and distribute to consultants on schedule

Prepare and publish contract documents, ensuring adherence to quality control standards

Model MEP systems and components from markups, sketches, and design input
-
Assist in preparing addenda, revisions, ASIs, and record documentation

Archive project files and maintain accurate documentation according to firm protocols
What Youll Bring

3+ years of professional experience in drafting or design documentation

Proficiency with Revit software is required

Prior experience with MEP Revit modeling preferred

A motivated, detail-oriented mindset with a desire for professional growth

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and project teams
