Our clients forward-thinking architecture team in San Antonio, Texas, is on the hunt for a talented Healthcare Project Architect with a passion for designing healthcare facilities and understanding each clients unique mission. Whether tackling a smaller-scale project or a large initiative, the ideal candidate will thrive on delivering solutions that improve these spaces for their users.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Collaborate on healthcare-focused design projects
  • Take projects from initial concepts through final construction documentation
  • Create and maintain strong communication both visual and written with clients to foster enduring relationships
  • Support the development and refinement of design ideas throughout every project phase

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Were seeking motivated self-starters who bring passion and expertise. To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare design
  • Texas Architectural License
  • Solid understanding of design workflows and processes
  • An ability to manage quick-paced projects and multitask effectively
  • General familiarity with materials and products relevant to architectural work
  • Creative problem-solving skills and independence in addressing challenges
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Newforma Project Center, SketchUp, and Office 365
  • Professional presence and the ability to collaborate within a team environment across multiple offices
