About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Mechanical Engineer (P.E.) with expertise in mechanical system design for healthcare and K-12 projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit and a passion for delivering high-performance mechanical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design mechanical systems for healthcare and educational facilities.
  • Develop detailed Revit models and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
  • Conduct site visits, assess existing systems, and provide engineering recommendations.
  • Perform load calculations, energy analysis, and system optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordination with clients.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required (Texas preferred or ability to obtain).
  • 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in building design.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and healthcare facility standards.
  • Experience working on healthcare and K-12 projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
