KeyPoint Staffing is hiring a Founding Engineer for an innovative AI-driven platform. This role offers the opportunity to build and maintain intelligent search systems, deploy machine learning models, and develop new features that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop REST APIs for internal and external applications.

• Contribute to front-end development.

• Write high-quality, well-tested, and scalable code.

• Deploy, scale, and maintain production services in AWS.

• Integrate third-party tools and APIs into the platform.

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

• Experience deploying and managing services on AWS or other cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering.

• Bonus: Startup experience, particularly in Fintech.

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Python, MongoDB, SQL (Snowflake), DynamoDB

• Frontend: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, React Query, ShadCN

• Cloud: AWS ECS, Lambda, CDK
