ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join our client's innovative team in Austin, Texas. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work closely with project teams to deliver creative, technical solutions for education, healthcare, commercial, and other project types.
  • Coordinate with consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of contract documents, ensuring compliance with codes and internal standards.
  • Provide practical construction solutions during the Construction Administration phase.
  • Apply technical expertise to support the development of design concepts and details.
  • Share insights and create engaging presentations for our multi-office Architecture team.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

We're looking for motivated individuals with a passion for innovation and design. Key qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of experience in architectural design or a related field.
  • Architectural licensure in Texas (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of building envelopes.
  • Deep understanding of the design process and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of materials, systems, and processes relevant to project types.
  • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; experience with Revit, Newforma, or MS Office 365.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to guide and mentor others.
