They are seeking an experienced Healthcare Practice Leader who is passionate about designing healthcare spaces and discovering each clients unique vision. Whether the project is large or small, we want someone who thrives on creating solutions that enhance the functionality and experience of healthcare environments.

How you'll make an impact

  • Collaborate on healthcare projects
  • Oversee projects from concept to final construction documents
  • Document design work from initial presentations to technical drawings
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, fostering long-term relationships
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of design concepts throughout all project phases

Qualifications

Were looking for passionate, driven self-starters. To be successful, you should have:

  • Extensive experience in healthcare building design
  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of the architectural design process
  • The ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects effectively
  • A solid understanding of materials and products relevant to healthcare design
  • Independent problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in architectural software
  • Professional presence with strong communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate with in-house teams across multiple office locations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Revit, and Adobe Suite
  • Preferred knowledge of Newforma Project Center, SketchUp, and MS Office 365
