Provide digital and print marketing communications services from creative concepts through final production for a diverse list of clients.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Client is looking for a results-focused Account Manager with a sense of urgency - to manage accounts and provide superior customer service around our portfolio of marketing services and printing solutions.
Experience and Skills
- Solid customer relationship-management skills, with several years of account/project management experience
- Great sense of urgency to get things done now.
- Strong ability to resolve conflicting time demands.
- Detail-oriented, with an instinct for follow-up.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, cheerful, collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Solution-based sales experience is preferred.
- Helpful to have experience in purchasing or specifying print projects.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and ability to do general internet research.
Position Responsibilities
- Build solid relationships with new and existing clients.
- Retain and grow our account base by providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand the needs of prospects and existing accounts, through discussions with business owners, marketing directors and other senior decision makers.
- Sell our core products and services as well as added marketing services proposing solutions in response to client needs.
- Close sales and provide excellent customer service and follow-up on projects.
