Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and programs across various channels, with a strong focus on digital marketing, email marketing, and user success initiatives. You will lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaigns Execution
- Lead the execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing channels
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key metrics and areas for optimization.
- Manage and maintain the company website and other digital assets.
Demand generation
- Launch and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive the adoption of community leaders and professionals
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI
User engagement & support
- Develop and execute innovative user engagement initiatives to increase customer retention and loyalty
- Lead team to create and manage assets for Help Center, product demos and use cases
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor a small team of marketing professionals.
- Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
- Proven experience in leading and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, and paid advertising.
- Strong experience in email marketing, including list management, campaign development, and performance analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
