About the job Regional Field Leader EMEA

Reporting directly to the EMEA and India Head for Retail Businesses, this leadership position will be responsible to drive the growth of the business of the EMEAI Region. They will lead all Markets within the Region to success by supporting the local teams in developing high performance team which consistently exceed expectations and achieves sales, profitability and business growth. They will also be responsible for developing key initiatives to increase service and value of the retail operation; understands and brings to life for all associates the Values of the Company.

Areas of Responsability

  • Meet performance objectives and informs leadership team of their ongoing progress;
  • Regularly communicate with local GMs and the rest of the team on business performance and key issues requiring attention;
  • Direct and monitor all sales activities of the Market to ensure Store Operating Profit (SOP) objectives are met, with a special focus on field and stores labor cost control;
  • Set clearly aligned KPIs to monitor business progress and performance;
  • Continuously drive the business by analyzing key financial data, monitoring operating efficiencies and identifying business trends/opportunities. Generates reports, uses information to take action to improve performance (sets aggressive action plans and prepares budgets);
  • Support the local Field Managers in building the right field organization (SMs, AMs, etc) that drives real customer value;
  • Partner with Finance and HR team to suggest, implement and influence the incentive & recognition programs for field population;
  • Encourage and model the way for people to communicate openly and transparently acting as example and being the promoter of our culture;
  • Create an environment that encourages the development of managers and associates;
  • Provide challenging assignments and development opportunities for the field team in cooperation with Leadership team;
  • Monitoring that the execution of standard processes and procedures is implemented properly in the stores;

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree
  • The ideal candidate has a solid retail management experience, managing multi-store operations in the Retail Industry (preferably fashion, accessories and cosmetics)
  • Retail management experience
  • Exposure to balance sheets, profit&loss statements highly regarded
  • English Fluent

Place of work: Milan with frequent trips to EMEA
