We are looking for candidates with experience as Business Analyst.

The candidate will:

  • Guide and manage the setup & develop of Salesforce CRM Solution based on latest innovative concepts (AI, Machine Learning, Software Automation)
  • Design & Implement Customer Centric solution based on 360° customer view (Sales, Service, Marketing, omnichannel, Analytics)
  • Interface with business users to collect requirements and guide them in the correct adoption of Salesforce solutions which address their need
  • Integrate CRM Solution with third-party applications
  • Guarantee market leading security standard into SF solutions
  • Provide best practices/standards supporting the platform adoption and full application lifecycle (design, development, change control, UAT, deployment and support).
  • ensuring quality rules are enforced and quality work packages are delivered
  • providing hands on expert level assistance to developers on technical issues
  • Interfacing with Vendor for solution design and issue resolution
  • Develop POC/POV to provide tangible assets
  • Provide governance assigning correct priorities to the team activities
  • Provide and guide status updates and executive reporting
  • Advise customer executives with the best cost-effective solutions
  • Interact with colleagues and contribute to their professional development

Technical Skills:

The candidate must be familiar with Salesforce solution (Marketing, Service, Sales, Experience Cloud, etc.) and related platforms (Tableau, Heroku, Slack, Mulesoft, etc.).

Should have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Specialist.
  • Deep experience of integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems
  • Experience with Lightning development and other tools to extend the platform leveraging knowledge of web application development,
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II certification,
  • Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification,
  • Knowledge of Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud Voice, Visual Remote Assistant concepts
  • Proven solution engineering and real-world delivery of enterprise experience,
  • To document requirements clearly and concisely, to author technical documents with design and integration details
  • To understand both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery models, importance of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle Principles) and Salesforce development best practices
  • He/She has passion for most used programming languages (Java, Groovy, Javascript, Ruby, Pyton etc... )
