To support our ongoing growth and investment with theyTalent Acquisition team, we are looking for a passionate Senior Recruiter to be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing of professionals across the Italian country.

You will be given the tools and resources you we need to be successful.

You would be a true business partner, collaborating with hiring manager on search strategies, and serving as the subject matter expert to help the teams hire as effectively and efficiently as possible. We let you work autonomously - providing the support when you need it but giving you the space to bring your own styles and influences into the teams you support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes;
  • Manage applicant flow to ensure availability of qualified candidates and compliance;
  • With limited guidance, provide coaching and counselling to functional business leaders and line management to effectively support strategic staffing goals;
  • Be on top of market trends and demand impacting the companys ability to attract competitive candidates; coordinate with the compensation team on salary offer considerations and equity concerns;
  • Manage cost effective methods to provide recruiting tools, including contracts with recruiting agencies and job boards;
  • Assess, track and report on time to hire, cost to hire and diversity of hires to identify trends and cost effectiveness;
  • Assist senior staffing management with regular evaluations of the applicant pool.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Min. 5 years of demonstrated success in recruitment (Middle Management), preferably from recruitment agencies specializing in recruitment of candidates in middle management in the ICT sector.
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Ability to accurately assess candidates;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. Proven track record of handling your pipeline and rapidly recalling candidate information for current and future openings;
  • Experience of passive sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and headhunting: someone who will find candidates and who do not wait for them to come to us;
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications

Language Skills

A high level of spoken and written Italian and English are essential.
