Job Title: Civil Engineer (Project/Sr. Project Engineer)

Salary: $110,000 $125,000 per year (plus bonus)
Schedule: 8-hour shift | Flexible schedule available based on project needs

We're looking for a Civil Project Engineer or Sr. Project Engineer who can take full ownership of technical design and collaborate closely with project managers to bring client visions to life. Key Responsibilities

Design Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare comprehensive project plans and construction documents

Coordinate jurisdictional submittals and reviews

Work with other internal teams and disciplines to ensure design alignment

Construction Administration:

- Assist in construction administration and technical support during the build phase

- Participate in client meetings and jurisdictional coordination as needed

Administrative:

• Attend weekly team meetings

• Provide oversight and mentorship to junior designers and team members

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California (Required)

• 48 years of experience in site/land development projects

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Land Desktop Development (LDD)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Local to or able to commute to Roseville, CA 95661
