- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our watch products and industry trends.
- Work in a hybrid capacity, with both remote and in-office days based in CDMX.
Requirements:
- Strong interest and knowledge in watches and related products.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be conversationally fluent in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
