Key Responsibilities
Global Process Oversight:Serve as the worldwide process steward, ensuring all key operational processes are standardized, fully documented, continuously improved, and strictly aligned with our strategic goals and compliance guidelines.Continuous Improvement Leadership:Mentor high-impact, cross-functional teams globally. Launch and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize performance, productivity, and quality across diverse operational regions.KPI Governance & Benchmarking:Design and implement a robust global KPI governance system. Establish and monitor benchmarks for operational effectiveness, driving alignment, transparency, and accountability.Operational Maturity Assessment & Roadmapping:Conduct thorough Operational Maturity Assessments. Analyze gaps, create strategic improvement roadmaps for each location, and ensure tracking of progress.OpEx Community Leadership:Build, inspire, and grow a vibrant global network of Operational Excellence practitioners. Deliver structured training, facilitate sharing of best practices, and build operational improvement capabilities.Global Framework Deployment:Lead global development and rollout of tailored operational excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Agile, etc.). Ensure frameworks deliver sustainable and measurable improvements.Innovation & Technology Enablement:Identify, advocate for, and drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies (automation, digital twins, AI, and ML) to amplify operational efficiency. Oversee training and rollout globally.
Requirements
At least 2 years experience leading projects.Demonstrated full project cycle experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (no Green Belt).Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Waterfall, Lean, or Kanban).Data-driven focus (cost-reduction, production time improvement).Risk and cost evaluation skills.Experienced with BPMN process mapping.Conversational English (C1, EFSET quick test will be applied).University degree and professional certification.
