We are looking for a Recruiter Consultant to join our team and support our clients across Belgium on high-impact HR and recruitment projects.
Your Role
As a Recruiter Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be assigned to temporary HR projects within different organizations (SMEs, scale-ups, and larger companies).
Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

End-to-end recruitment (intake to offer & onboarding)

Active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms

Screening and interviewing candidates

Advising hiring managers and business stakeholders

Employer branding and vacancy optimization

Supporting ATS systems
- Campus recruitment
You will gain exposure to diverse industries and company cultures while continuously strengthening your expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategy, and HR Project Management.
Who Are You?

You have experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR

Or you are motivated to transition into an HR career

You are fluent in Dutch and/or French (English is a strong asset)
