What you'll do?
You will join Keerstock as a consultant and work on-site with our clients in the Brussels or Ghent region.
Depending on the assignment, you will:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing
Ensure full compliance with Belgian social legislation
Act as a trusted payroll advisor to HR teams and management
Work with well-known payroll applications and HRIS systems
Support audits, reporting and optimization of payroll processes
Translate complex legislation into clear, practical advice
You dont just calculate salaries — you protect companies from risk and bring clarity to complexity.
Who you are
You have solid experience in Belgian payroll and social legislation
Youve worked with recognized payroll applications (e.g. SD Worx, Partena, Securex, Acerta, SAP, E-Blox, etc.)
You are accurate, structured and discreet
You enjoy working in different environments and adapting quickly
You think beyond processing — you understand the why behind payroll
You communicate confidently in Dutch and/or French (English is a plus)
Experience in consultancy or multi-client environments is a strong asset.
