Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Supervisor to lead and manage safety operations within our manufacturing facility. The role requires the development of safety policies, conducting training, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a strong safety culture across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and enhance safety management systems and operational procedures in line with laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Organize and conduct safety training sessions and drills to improve employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
  • Perform regular safety inspections and hazard assessments, identifying and addressing safety risks promptly.
  • Investigate safety incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Collect and analyze safety-related data, provide management reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of safety equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
  • Stay informed of national and local safety regulations to ensure company operations align with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote safety culture and enhance safe production practices.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s degree and NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).

  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, management systems, risk management, and leadership principles.

  • Proven ability to conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and training.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
