Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in achieving targets and driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be proactive, and have the ability to foster relationships with both customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
- Organize and manage sales representatives' schedules for efficient coverage.
- Research and identify potential leads through business directories, web searches, and digital platforms.
Receive and report on all sales leads, ensuring prompt follow-up.
Supervise and support sales representatives to achieve their goals.
- Address customer inquiries and follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
- Work with the sales team to track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
Ensure sales quotas and targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide coaching and assistance to the sales team to enhance their performance and meet sales objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree or higher in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the building materials, construction, insurance, FMCG, banking, or a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Proven ability to take critical and measurable initiatives.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
