Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Specialist (Entry Level) to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide critical support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for people management, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR policies and procedures.
- Support conflict resolution efforts under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in the HR management system.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, promotions, and terminations.
- Assist in organizing and tracking employee training sessions and professional development programs.
- Collect feedback to help improve training initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices align with company policies and Ghanaian labor laws.
- Compile HR data and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No prior experience is required, but internships or projects in HR are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
