Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agent Channel Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in building and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and managing team performance. This role will require excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive results and improve sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and manage schedules for sales representatives to ensure full coverage of sales operations.
  • Research and identify new leads through business directories, digital resources, and web searches.
  • Receive and track sales leads, ensuring accurate reporting and prompt follow-up.
  • Supervise and guide sales representatives to meet and exceed their individual and team sales targets.
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure follow-up on potential leads to drive sales conversion.
  • Work closely with the sales team to track performance metrics and ensure goals are achieved.
  • Ensure sales quotas and targets are consistently met.
  • Provide coaching and support to the sales team to help them improve and exceed their sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's degree or higher in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in building materials, construction, insurance, FMCG, banking, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to take critical and measurable initiatives to improve sales and operations.
