About the job Spare Parts Manager

You will be responsible to lead and manage the automotive parts department, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. The Parts Manager is responsible for strategic planning, inventory management, supplier coordination, warehouse operations, and parts sales performance in line with company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Set objectives and implement strategies for the Parts Department to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Optimize stock levels, monitor parts turnover, manage supplier relationships, and control procurement processes.
  • Create and update pricing lists based on market trends and oversee the purchasing of supplies and materials.
  • Drive parts sales (retail, wholesale, workshop supply) while ensuring excellent customer service and timely availability of parts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the parts team (sales, warehouse, logistics) to achieve departmental targets.
  • Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain health & safety standards.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and providing training and motivation for optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree.
  • 10+ Years of related experience in automotive after-sales/parts management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of automotive spare parts, supply chain, and ERP/DMS systems.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written.
