Warehouse Head

You will be responsible to supervise and manage daily warehouse operations for automotive spare parts, ensuring accurate inventory, safe handling, and timely availability of parts to support customer sales and workshop service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of automotive spare parts.
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct cycle counts, and ensure ERP/DMS updates.

• Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely parts availability.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree.
• 3-5 Years of related experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English verbal and written.

• Strong knowledge of spare parts and warehouse management systems (ERP/DMS).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
