About the job Technical Support Engineer
In this position, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service standards across all technical issues. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our service staff are equipped with the diagnostic tools and support they need to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply technical standards and performance measures in alignment with our brands strategic direction.
- Provide all Dealership branches with diagnostic tools for various models, conduct technical support, and maintain follow-up and maintenance.
- Provide diagnostic tools and ongoing support to dealership branches.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in our vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
- Maintain and standardize workshop processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and offer technical advice across departments.
- Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive after-sales sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical role.
- Able to work independently, managing time workflow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of delivering clear technical help.
