Spare Parts Section Head

You will be responsible to lead and manage the automotive parts department, ensuring efficient operations in inventory management, warehouse activities, sales coordination, and customer support. The role focuses on optimizing stock levels, improving availability, and driving business performance in alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the parts section (warehouse, sales, logistics) and ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of fast-moving and critical parts.

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and parts sales staff to achieve performance and service targets
• Ensure timely and accurate availability of parts to support workshop operations and external customers.
• Generate periodic reports on performance and operational metrics for review by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree.
• Fluent in English verbal and written.

• 57 years experience in automotive parts management (including warehouse & sales), with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, logistics, and ERP/DMS systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
