About the job Retail Parts Advisor

You will be responsible to communicate with dealers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy. Providing information and other services in accordance with the job order.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform availability and (ETA) checks for dealers' orders.
  • Efficiently process dealers' orders and manage backorders.
  • Responsible of achieving the sales target.
  • Ensure timely delivery of price lists to dealers.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse section to issue picking and delivery instructions.
  • Monitor the delivery process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Proactively follow up on lost sales and non-availability of parts, taking necessary actions to mitigate impact.
  • Monitor Dealer's credit levels.
  • Provide dealers with regular finance statements to keep them informed of their balance
  • Address and resolve dealers' complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualification:

    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree.
    • 1-3 Years related experience.
    • Excellent computer skills, M.S Excel.
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
