We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our aftersales team in SKODA Egypt. . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aftersales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving service profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the aftersales budget. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
- Establish ambitious objectives and key performance indicators for the Aftersales department and setting annual targets and objectives for the aftersales department.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance aftersales processes, optimize efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Effectively manage stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure corrective actions on issues pertaining
- Ensure all service and repair work meets Skoda's quality standards. Implement quality control processes to minimize errors and rework.
- Maintain the profitability of their dealership while controlling expenses and maintaining customer and employee satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Prepare regular reports on aftersales performance, customer feedback, and financial results. Use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the aftersales team. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Management, or a related field.
- 10 to 12 years of in aftersales management within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and automotive management software.
