Job Title: Workshop Section Head Body & Paint

We are looking for a Workshop Section Head!

As a Body and Paint Section Head, you will provide effective leadership to the body and paint team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. You will oversee the daily operations of the section, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and adhere to the highest quality standards. Establishing and enforcing quality control measures is essential, as you will conduct regular inspections of completed work to assess quality and offer constructive feedback to team members. Collaboration with other departments, including service, parts, and management, will be crucial to ensure seamless operations and promptly address any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the body and paint section.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in-service operation in a reputable dealership.
• Advanced understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership, situational awareness, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent Computer skills using Microsoft Office / Inventory Systems.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (verbal and written).
