Financial Auditor

As a Financial Auditor at Kayan Group is responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and regulatory standards. This role involves preparing detailed audit findings, mentoring junior auditors, and managing specific audit projects or areas to enhance the organization's financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth audits across financial, operational, and regulatory frameworks to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive audit findings, recommendations, and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior auditors, fostering their professional development and ensuring adherence to audit standards and practices.
• Manage specific audit projects or areas, coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Work closely with various departments to understand processes and identify potential risks and inefficiencies.
• Recommend enhancements to internal controls and processes based on audit observations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 - 9 years of experience in financial auditing or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
