About the job Service Manager

As a Service Manager at Kayan Group, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the profitability and efficiency of our Technical Service area. Collaborating closely with the After-Sales Director, you'll set objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team, driving continuous improvements across service center operations. Your responsibilities include developing internal policies and procedures, setting sales targets, and devising compensation systems to motivate and engage staff. You'll oversee the workshop workflow, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle repair and maintenance processes. Handling customer complaints and comeback vehicle cases will be integral to your role, ensuring that all issues are resolved in compliance with manufacturer standards. Additionally, you'll promote customer loyalty initiatives and analyze market niches to achieve our business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Valid drivers license.

- 6-9 years of experience in the Automotive industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar managerial position.

- Advanced understanding of automotive technology and industry.

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Strong organizational, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively.

- Ability to maintain positive relations with sales and business management.

- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
