Technical Trainer

Job Title: Technical Trainer at Kayan Group

Kayan Group are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team. This crucial role will involve designing, delivering, and assessing technical training courses for our dealer network, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in servicing Volkswagen Group vehicles. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of technical expertise within our network.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging technical training courses aligned with Volkswagen Group standards and best practices.
• Utilize our Learning Management System (LMS) to manage employees enrollment, track course participation, and analyze training outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure strict adherence to quality management systems and processes.
• Proactively identify knowledge gaps within our dealer network and develop targeted training programs to address these deficiencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their specific Learning & Development (L&D) needs.
• Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with the latest technical advancements in the automotive industry, specifically regarding Volkswagen Group products and premium brands.

Requirements & Skills:

• 3-5 Proven years of experience as a Technical Trainer, ideally within the automotive industry. A recognized training certification is a plus.
• A strong understanding of and passion for the automotive industry, with demonstrable knowledge of Volkswagen Group products and/or premium brands.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; the ability to connect with diverse audiences and engage stakeholders effectively is essential.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• A highly motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individual with a proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor others.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
