Logistics Supervisor

Kayan Group is in search of a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Kayan.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient transportation and delivery of goods, and optimizing logistics processes. Job Responsibilities:

· Manage the life cycle of products, including preparation, shipping, and receiving.

· Ensure the availability and allocation of supplies based on orders, as well as remodel the movement of goods and services so as to minimize costs.

· Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers and customers to improve the supply chain.

· Analyze logistics global trends so as to find out the most cost-effective means or method of transporting supplies.

· Determine the most qualified forwarder based on the best offer and the trial shipments.

· Maintain good relationships with customs and Handle customs clearance procedures for all international shipments.

· Communicate transport or logistics costs to customers or suppliers, in order to evaluate and monitor the entire process of product movement.

· Track shipments across different channels.

· Support standardization of transportation processes across the region.

· Handle the outbound shipment process until the shipment is delivered to the Customer.

· Comply with Quality Management Policy, Quality standards, and government laws and regulations to ensure delivery meet the requirements.

Maintain a good relationship & interaction with Customers and Suppliers, Maintain organization information confidential, Ensure Safe delivery of shipments, and maintain a professional and tidy appearance of the organization.

Job Requirements:

BA in business administration, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience of 3-5 years in logistics, preferably in the automotive field.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics service providers.
