We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist!

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sr. Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Volkswagen Egypt. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to driving brand growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns: encompassing digital, print, and events, promoting Volkswagen's product offerings in the Egyptian market.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, collaborating with external agencies. Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborating with creative teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms (website, social media, advertising).
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth. Utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media to maximize brand exposure.
• Ensuring consistent and positive representation of the Volkswagen brand in all marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with experience in the Egyptian automotive sector preferred.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
• Experience in content creation and management across various platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable and detail-oriented.
