About the job Workshop Engineer Body & Paint
As a workshop engineer, your responsibilities span across various areas. You ensure seamless coordination of workshop activities to meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Diagnosing technical issues in vehicles, conducting necessary tests, and overseeing maintenance execution are key tasks. Additionally, you inspect work, provide training, and implement corrective measures based on quality controller feedback. Your role involves guaranteeing accurate adherence to company guidelines, monitoring vehicle conditions, ensuring customer safety, and managing material usage. Collaborating with departments to anticipate future workload, addressing customer concerns, overseeing vehicle inspections pre- and post-repair, and reporting performance metrics to the Body & paint Head are also integral aspects of your role.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent is required.
1-3 years of experience in service operations within a reputable dealership setting.
Proficiency in communication with mechanics, customers, and management.
Practical application of engineering principles in design and production processes.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
