Job Title: Stock Controller Section Head at Kayan Group - VolksWagen

Kayan Group is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock Controller Section Head.

The Stock Controller Head will maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate with purchasing for replenishment, and analyze sales trends for forecasting. They will also implement efficient inventory control procedures, conduct audits, and oversee warehouse operations. Additionally, they will track slow-moving stock and generate reports for management review, aiming for continuous process improvement.

Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.

3-7 years of experience in stock control or inventory management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving inventory-related issues.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy in performing stock counts, reconciliations, and data entry tasks.

Proficiency in utilizing inventory management software and systems.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

Capability to work well under pressure and adapt to fluctuations in demand or supply.

Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.

Proficient mathematical skills for inventory calculations and analysis.

Very good command of the English language.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
