About the job CRM Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all complaints are received and handled efficiently in a way that - exceeds our customers expectations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complaints are well solved and provide them with any updates.
- Develop and maintain a monthly CRM reporting system.
- Conduct CSS /CEM surveys for sales and aftersales customer experience.
- Maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and improve customer care.
- Ensure all customers communicate via digital official platforms.
- Improve customer loyalty and retention rate.
- Manage customer contact center and ensure operational standards are met successfully.
- Develop & and execute customer relationship management campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
- Represent the company's brand and solve any complaints with the CPA.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience of 1-3 years of experience in handling customers, preferably in the automotive field.
- Technical expertise in CRM and analytical systems.
- Knowledge of the usage of the Salesforce system is preferable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent spoken and written English language.
