We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in implementing quality assurance policies and ensuring that our products and services not only meet customer expectations but also comply with legal standards.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist partners in improving their service business performance and reaching profitability goals, aligning efforts with the strategies of the importer.
    • Develop and implement sustainable action plans in collaboration with management and partners to drive company development and focus.
    • Help partners achieve optimal viability and establish quality measures within the partner's network by identifying development opportunities.
    • Support after-sales teams in assessing dealer viability and profitability, utilizing benchmarking and target value management for effective planning.
    • Ensure a reporting framework for key dealership metrics, facilitating market and company-specific analysis in alignment with manufacturer standards.
    • Define processes and objectives of the quality management system for both sales and after-sales, ensuring adherence to all specifications.
    • Promote seamless communication across all departments and engage with quality representatives at various locations when necessary.
    • Organize regular site reviews to verify the effectiveness of quality measures, providing findings and recommended action plans to directors.
    • Develop plans for enhancing quality measures, ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions and dealership quality objectives.
    • Document and address potential failures through preventative measures to avert future issues.
    • Enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing core service and sales processes, continuously seeking improvement opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a self-accountable and results-driven approach.
  • Attention to detail, along with excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a solid understanding of quality control procedures and legal standards.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
