KAYAN Group We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, analyzing product performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective warranty processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assuring the quality of operation for all warranty cases as mentioned in service core steps.
  • Prepare data entry of warranty claims in the warranty system module.
  • Handle customers with warranty claims to maintain a high customer satisfaction index.
  • Process warranty claims on a timely basis for the service center.
  • Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and archiving.
  • Verify the warranty criteria that are required by the Importer office.
  • Arrange for parts to be scrapped as per the Importer office guidelines.
  • Review and validate monthly warranty credit notes and clarify any uncollected cases.
  • Keep informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the Automotive after-sales department
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent command of computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent negotiation & analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A highly motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individual.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
