About the job Warranty Engineer
KAYAN Group We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, analyzing product performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective warranty processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assuring the quality of operation for all warranty cases as mentioned in service core steps.
- Prepare data entry of warranty claims in the warranty system module.
- Handle customers with warranty claims to maintain a high customer satisfaction index.
- Process warranty claims on a timely basis for the service center.
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and archiving.
- Verify the warranty criteria that are required by the Importer office.
- Arrange for parts to be scrapped as per the Importer office guidelines.
- Review and validate monthly warranty credit notes and clarify any uncollected cases.
- Keep informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
Requirements & Skills:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the Automotive after-sales department
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent command of computer skills and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent negotiation & analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A highly motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individual.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
