As a Final Control member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our aftersales operations. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed maintenance to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and accurately document any defects, deviations, or issues in the final product.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet or surpass established quality standards.
- Ensure that completed maintenance adheres to industry regulations, safety standards, and relevant quality certifications.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any non-conformities.
- Prepare reports summarizing inspection findings.
- Collaborate closely with service teams, quality control units, and other relevant departments to communicate inspection results and address quality concerns.

Job Requirements:

- Proven 5-7 years of experience in aftersales operations, specifically in final control or quality assurance roles.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in quality control methods, techniques, and tools related to automotive manufacturing.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Efficient time management skills to meet inspection deadlines and production schedules.
