About the job Showroom Manager
Manage and direct the operations of the showroom. Drive the sales team to achieve maximum profitability and growth aligned with the company vision, Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned markets.
Responsibilities:
- Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines to the team in managing the daily service in all showrooms and drive continuous improvements to the operations.
- Participate in the development of sales internal policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to be implemented by the sales team so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
- Develop plans and strategies to lead the showroom to ensure the achievement of business goals in sales.
- Manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume, improve effectiveness and increase overall customer satisfaction
- Support the Sales team in setting competitive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and aid in meeting these goals.
- Support the new vehicle configurations development that meets market demands.
- Manage dealers Stock and maintain a regular flow of cars Vs Stock to achieve sales targets.
Qualification:
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven successful experience as a Showroom Manager
- 6-8 years of Sales experience.
- Extensive experience selling comparable products.
- Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
- Outstanding teamwork, communication, and arbitration abilities.
- Fluent in English verbal and written.
